Kendra Holybee, SPHR

Co-Founder/Principal

Kendra Holybee brings 20+ years of executive HR and operational leadership experience across healthcare, hospitality, food service, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in helping growing companies strengthen culture, develop leaders, and build scalable people infrastructure that supports long-term growth.

Kendra has partnered closely with founders and executive teams to align organizational vision with practical people strategy — including leadership development, employee engagement, organizational design, and HR operations. Her approach combines strategic thinking with high emotional intelligence, helping organizations navigate growth while building healthy, connected cultures.

Throughout her career, Kendra has helped lead organizations through rapid multi-site growth, scaling teams and operational infrastructure while contributing to multiple Top Workplace recognitions.

Steven Bush, MBA, SHRM-SCP, PMQ

Steven Bush brings 20+ years of executive HR and organizational leadership experience helping companies strengthen leadership, scale operations, and build healthy workplace cultures. He has partnered with executive teams across corporate, nonprofit, and multi-site environments, combining strategic thinking with a highly relational, people-centered approach.

Throughout his career, Steven has led organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership development, compensation planning, systems implementation, and operational transformation initiatives. His background includes experience supporting global HR functions, executive leadership within a $10M+ multi-site organization, and founding a national HR consultancy that grew to serve more than 200 client organizations with a team of 55.

As Co-Founder of Healthy HR Partners, Steven works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to build sustainable organizations where both people and business thrive.
